2016 May 4: The ALMA Cycle 4 proposal deadline closed on April 21. Over 1600 proposals were received, including 29 proposals for large programs.
2016 February 4: In Cycle 4 large programs will be availabe with ALMA. Information for these observations is now available on the ALMA science portal.
2015 December 14: A pre-announcement for ALMA Cycle 4 was released on the ALMA science portal, including key dates and expected capabilities for upcoming Cycle 4.
2015 November 15: There is a new instalment of ALMA Test data on Pluto in support of the NASA New Horizons mission. The data were taken in ALMA Band 7 in four 2 GHz spectral windows at five epochs, with maximum baselines of 500m. For more information see the ALMA science portal.
2015 September 14: An intent to release new ALMA test data taken towards Pluto in TDM mode in Band 7. More information can be found on the ALMA science portal.
2015 August 13: The results of the proposal review for ALMA Cycle 3 were released earlier this week. 401 new (highly) ranked proposals will be observed in the upcoming Cycle starting October 1st (ALMA observatory).
2015 July 30: A new installment of ALMA Science Verification data has been released on the ALMA Science Portal.
2015 April 24: The call for proposals for ALMA Cycle 3 is now closed. A total of 1612 proposal codes were issued (though the number of unique proposals will be somewhat less than this).

2014 Dec 8: The ALMA Cycle 3 pre-announcement has been published at the ALMA Science Portal.
2014 Nov 11: The new software tool STACKER has been released and is available in the 'Software Tools' section. STACKER is a library for stacking sources in interferometric data.
